Karen B. Enriquez is assistant professor of comparative theology at Xavier University. Her primary areas of interest include: (1) Buddhist-Christian comparative theology, especially the comparison of spiritual practices and Buddhist and Christian ways of learning from each other; (2) contextual theologies, particularly Philippine theology; and (3) liberation and feminist theologies. She is currently exploring the integration of contemplative pedagogies in the classroom, and working on a co-authored book on Philippine Theology.
